Subscription
Participation is free. Register via this site under the button 'sign'. After sign up an e-mail will be sent. Throughout the duration of the first round of the game participants can sign-up. During the registration process, participants need to give various information and preferences. To be eligible for winning prizes, please make sure that correct personal information and contact details are entered.
Cancelation and unsubscribing
To unsubscribe throughout the game, send an e-mail with you personal information to nic@fsa.nl. To remove details from IEX.nl contestants need to send a separate email to opzeggen@iex.nl
Maintaining your portfolio
Each contestant can only maintain one portfolio throughout the game. The starting capital of each portfolio is 100,000 EUR of virtual money supplied by IEX.nl.
Reset
A portfolio can be reset throughout the game giving the contested again 100,000 EUR of virtual starting money. To reset your portfolio click on the pen icon on top-right hand of your portfolio. The value of your portfolio is linked to the ‘real’ value of the stocks and options.

Distribution
A participant may not exceed 90% of the total value of the portfolio in equities and 10% of the total portfolio investment options. The total portfolio is equal to the value of the shares plus the value of the option plus the cash.
Interest and dividends
At the each Friday at 12 pm any interest and dividends will be transfer to the virtual banking account. The interest rate will be determined by the EURIBOR rate. If there is a choice between cash dividends in cash or stock dividend in shares, the system automatically selects for cash. If a contestant went short on a stock and the particular stock gives dividends. The dividend amount will be subtracted from the virtual bank account.
Order limits
A contestant can set a limit on the sell and buying of stocks and options. Every 10 minutes the system will checks if the limits are reached. Any order that that isn’t fully reached will remain open and will executed in multiple orders against possible different prices - this is the same like the reality. If at the end of the order expires if there order amount isn’t reached unless the 20-dayoder is selected.
Expiration
Every third Friday of the month all Euronext Liffe option series will expire. Any options in a portfolio will be exchanged against cash at the closing rate of the option.
Prices
The week and overall winners will be contacted via phone or email. Contestants need to make sure that the information is correct. Unreachable contestants will be excluded from any prices they have won. Winners will be checked in cooperation with IEX.nl and its other organizing partners on its level of reality. IEX.nl has the right to reset portfolios in case of systems exploitations.
Overall winner
The winner of the competition is the person that achieves the highest amount of absolute return during one full length of the game rounds.
Week prices
The winners of the week prices are the contestants that achieve the highest amount of return for a week. Friday at 12 pm to next Friday at 12 pm. Contestants can only can only win one weekly price per game round. In case that a contestant has the highest amount of weekly return two times in a row, the next contestant on ranking without a week price on the ranking will be notified.
